04.Authentication (Supabase)
The Services use Supabase to provide authentication. When you create an account or sign in, Supabase processes authentication credentials and session information on our behalf. Information processed by Supabase is governed by Supabase's own privacy policy and terms, in addition to this Privacy Policy.
05.Payment Processing
Purchases on Winsense are currently conducted exclusively via cryptocurrency. Winsense does not offer credit card processing and does not collect or store any credit card, debit card, or banking details. When you make a purchase, Winsense sends the payment details needed to create and process the transaction to NOWPayments. NOWPayments processes the payment according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Winsense receives and stores transaction-related information, which may include:
- Transaction identifiers and order numbers
- Amount and cryptocurrency of the transaction
- Products purchased and license keys or downloads delivered
- Date and time of the transaction
- Status of the transaction (completed, refunded, or disputed)
We retain this information to provide digital access, prevent fraud, maintain business and tax records, support customers, and enforce our Terms of Service.
07.Data Retention
We keep account information while your account remains active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and maintain accurate business records.
When personal information is no longer necessary, we securely delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
